John Of The Cross - Wolfgang
This song has been drawing raves among the people I know so I’ll let you guys have a sneak peek. John Of The Cross is one of the four songs that the band has come up with since they’ve decided to write more songs for an upcoming album (no final release date yet). Be reminded that these songs are still recorded as demos and the files are just being shared over the internet due to the geographical constraints that Basti, Manuel and Mon are currently experiencing.
Download the tracks using your mobile phones and show support for the best Filipino band ever.
Each track can be downloaded for 50 pesos. Polytones and True Tones go for 20 and 30 bucks each.
The DVD is also going to be released in a few week’s time so save up for that as well! If you can’t wait, download the demos or watch Death Squad as performed during the first concert. Thanks to the person who uploaded this.

Is Wolfgang paying you for the plugs? Hehehe. Or just a hardcore Wolfgangbanger?
Di bale, astig naman talaga eh. I’m definitely buying the DVD, naka-budget na yun.

It’s so great to hear and see that these guys are back again. They have been a major soundtrack to me during my college days. But what happened to this other band of theirs with razorback? the one with the skull on their logo?
I like the new song. Hope they wrap up recording soon.
Jhed: Thanks Jhed, be more discreet next time. lol

Alex: I’m just a big Wolfgang fan. I even followed them in provincial gigs back in the day. I hope they sell a lot of records - I don’t want them to go hungry. hahah
Ferdz: Oy! Idol! Thanks for dropping by. Strictly speaking, the band you’re talking about (Lokomotiv) isn’t a Wolfgang-Razorback project. They just formed after the US exodus that saw some of the members migrate to California in the early part of this decade. Basti quit the band for personal reasons and Wolf didn’t appreciate that. There’s a real Wolfgang Razorback side project - the first one was the Flaming Hemorrhoids and the second one was Brain Salad. Brain Salad actually released an album - and it’s REAL good.
ade: More skype sessions for them then! haha
hi benj, thanks for posting this one, I like the tone better than Deathsquad. But something about it reminds me of Lokomotiv - Five Alive, was it? Anyway, thanks for the upload!
it’s nice to hear that their back!!! Astig paren kau!!! hehe!!!wolfgang rocks!!
Very cool. It’s great to see these guys playing again. I think it is a wise decision, even sans Wolf. With the death or pending death of the Kupaw scene, I think quality bands like Wolfgang can start rocking the airwaves once again.
hi, can you post the other 2 songs Diaspora and Enemy?
