Bright Club

Thanks to Pinoyexchange’s thread for DIY musicians, I found Alvin Aleria’s Bright Club a few month’s back. Their influences and styles seem to be very spread out, but this track Ipo-Ipo really got me hooked. According to Alvin, piracy is encouraged so I’m distributing this track to everyone without permission with a clean conscience. haha

Ipo-Ipo – Bright Club

They might be playing at Breakfast (Studio 23) one of these days. Stay tuned. ;)

Piracy can actually help make one popular since people can manage to download and listen or see one’s work for free or on a cheaper price. It is like having a bad publicity but at least it is still publicity which is all that matters

Yup, they’re not yet a signed band so this kind of viral marketing could actually help them – or so I would like to think!
