Jingle Warts! Jingle Warts!

In line with the UP College of Medicine’s goal to train its students to be multi-faceted and flexible health care providers and as an added service to our patients, students rotating under different departments are required to conduct a short Public Health Lecture as part of their grade. We’ve done several of them and I’ve actually blogged about the experience both here and here.

For our rotation in Dermatology, our block opted to go for a lecture on warts or kulugo in the vernacular. Since we’ll be presenting this topic to our patients, it was our priority to make the entire session not only informative but also entertaining.

Pasko na Sinta ko
Ako’y may kulugo
bakit nagkagan’to?
nahawa sa’yo

Kung manghahawa
sa akin o sinta
Bakit pa Pasko?
Bakit kulugo?!

Haha.
