Ok, I get it. Filipinos are nationalistic! I’m still puzzled by how some people could maniacally support the inclusion of Filipino sites on some new-fangled list but what happened just a few hours ago is beyond me. While checking out my spam folder for strays, I came across these four comments:

Wait. The Egyptians refused to join in thus they were made an honorary candidate. Not the people’s fault.
Actually i’m ok with the 7 wonders of the world at the moment, though i would like the Effiel tower to be part of it.And i agree with Ben, maybe it is our turn. Just like what i wantched on ANC, it’s up to us what happens after. Should we be like other’s who was destroyed by fame? They named a few sites that even agaisnt more eco-tourism, actually made it better. As much as i agree with your point that the deserving should get the spot,i believe other wise that our candidates arent worthy just because Filipinos voted through pride, even so this happned we deserve a spot.
On this post, the commenter seems to agreeing with my position regarding maniacal support and pathetic it is for insecure Filipinos to salvage every little bit of pride they have by voting for every Jasmine Trias that comes along.
Comment Number 2 was left May 12, 11:15 PM. Lala said:
It’s a matter of opinion. You can’t say that they’re not worthy because even if you think that…eh…baka naman may 20million that says other wise.
Oh, feisty! I’ll hold on to your claim of 20 million.

Lala linked me to this post, and well….i sorta agree on some parts…(Oh! lala don’t kill me)
But i agree with Sunshine a bit too. Oh well. Don’t you think that our sites are beautiful?
But i agree, it should not only be pride drivenoh and “Read the comments here and see how crazed these people are.†———->well i can only see 3 crazy ones. i feel it’s ok to say something is beautiful based on pictures…i mean we didn’t see the planets first hand, but we think theyre beautiful
XOXO
Wow, thanks for agreeing with me, “Jam_gutz”. You must psychic or something. You managed to read Sunshine’s comments even if it was still in the spam folder! WOW!
I have to ask you this…
Are you god?
And of course, the finale! Comment 4, 20 minutes later… by Cindy
Oh! Debate,i like!
The perfect cone of Fuji is being disputed thanks to the snow….so if Mayon’s not good enough, neither is Fuji.done.
Tubbataha, hmm…i’ve never seen the colosseum but i voted for it last time, because we all know it’s great. I mean have you seen Fuji or the Amazon? AND No… people are too active in concerned in protecting tubbataha, the donations they get every year is crazy!YES.THE DESERVING SHOULD BE IN THE 7
Oh yes. You should be in the top 7 too! I’m wondering what the hell is wrong with you. I’ll be counting on you for those 20 million votes!
If you haven’t noticed yet, the comments all came from 125.60.243.85. Haha
And oh, he/she has posted several comments that I’ve previously approved!

Wow! I love debates
tee hee
LOL. Talk about…. weird.
At least that one person is trying to keep your blog alive. Be happy you don’t have to pay him/her/it. The sad part is, well, it’s just sad.
Akshully, it could be that they’re all working in the same building or same computer shop (hence the single public IP) or sitting right next to each other while putting up these comments. Not a very unlikely situation.
Oh! Debate,i like!
LOLS
Reminds me of my Marimar entry last year. A die-hard Manilyn Reynes fan(s) was spamming my blog using alternicks praising and insulting Manilyn Reynes same with my Super Twins entry haha oh well
Maybe Ben and team phil is just you, Atheista? LOL
I can’t believe you actually made a post about this. Thanks for the laugh, though.
ouch. ang sarcastic! hahaha
They’re probably working in the same company that’s using the same IP. One possibility is, one of them passed the URL around and started a discussion among themselves.
hahaha! wat?! nagmomonologue??
Joni: but how can they “agree” on something before the comment got posted.
Hi Benj! Diba kahit “in moderation” yung comment ng isang tao, he can already see a preview of it on the page? I’m thinking, since they’re all using the same IP, maybe they could already view the comments of their other friends/officemates before you can even approve them. Guess ko lang naman yan. I’m not entirely sure!
But if I’m wrong, then the person who left all those comments has some serious personality issues. Schizo siguro. LOL. Deadma. KSP lang yan.
It could be possible that they are friends/co-workers sharing the same network kaya same IP address. But I don’t think ganun kalufet ang powers nila para magreply sa isang comment na hindi pa napopost. HEHE May issues lang yang taong yan. At ikaw ang napagbalingan ng lahat. HAHAHA.
wala lang magawa yung nag comment kaya ganyan..
hehehehe…
‘fess up, jeff, it was you! that all came from teknostique–oops, teknostik–right?
It’s otherwise. Not other wise.
In the TriNoma food tour post I made, before I accidentally deleted the original entry, same bloke would post using different names while praising just one particular resto. Turns out almost all food tour posts that time have incidence of similar kissassery. Try looking at about 5 different sites and you’ll see what I mean. Maybe it’s a marketing thrust. Well it’s a pathetic marketing thrust.
Or it’s this marvelous theory: the devil is playing tricks on you.
How else can we explain it, yes?
I admit. T’was all me!
#9, Chiara… do I know you? hehe.
Hey Benj… Still your old self, I see.
