"Actually, it seems like life makes sure that the older individuals die for sure through degenerative diseases and brutal forms of aggressive neoplasia and other cancers." And THAT is exactly why I am going to die of a drug overdose at the age of 40. Imma go as glamorously as I can muster, yo. See, not only am I too stupid to be a doctor/med student, I cant handle stuff like that.
