Chiz Escudero captured the imagination of the young by his rethorics.

Good speaking has nothing to do with capable leadership. It could help, but it is not the whole factor. Adolf Hitler of Nazi Germany

was also a charismatic leader and a good speaker. Same as Mussolini

of Fascist Italy. So, watch out for people who could mesmerize the

crowd with charisma and speaches. They could be DEVILS in disguises.

Minsan din kasi, nakakaantok at nakaka-hypnotize ang boses ni Chiz. Para siyang si Ida/Puma Ley-Ar kaya siguro nabubulag ang mga tao sa kanyang 'kagalingan'. In this lifetime, sa tingin ko, hindi naman talaga niya alam at malalaman ang value ng political party sa bansa lalo na kung ang tingin niya dito ay para sa kanyang political convenience lamang. Dahil di na convenience store sa kanya ang NPC, alis na lang siya na parang batang spoiled brat. Sabagay, bratpack naman talaga siya.

ako rin. i remember rooting for him when he was still a congressman and just planning to run for senator. but it didn't last that long. the club filipino announcement made it official for me — i so hate chiz.

Guilty as charged as I was one of those "charmed" and was probably in a trance for a while. Hehe! He was indeed very persuasive (especially in person!) and everyone could be easily enticed by his wit, and the fact that he was the only one then who was so adamant at pointing every flaw of the Arroyo administration. But since he won as Senator, he turned out to be MR. ALL TALK. He's now far from being the "hope" that we all thought he would be.

So disappointing! And frankly, infuriating especially every time I see him blabbing about on TV. He's useless. Tsk, tsk. We should've listened to you before! Hahahaha!
